Since Myspace is pretty crap now, we've started a new blog that's not on our Myspace page! Hopefully this will be the place to find out all the latests Funeral Hag news, assuming we ever remember to update it...
Stuff has actually been progressing a bit with us for once, unusual I know. The recording for the album is almost done! Only vocals left to go now. Jon's working on a rough mix of the drums, bass and guitars and once that's ready I'll go do the screaming. Still gonna be a while til anything's ready because Jon's doing it all himself, but with a little patience and a lot of hard work we should have an album ready for you all in a few months. Not sure how it'll be distributed, but there will definitely be a CD version and I expect it'll be on Bandcamp too. Maybe even iTunes, though I'll leave that to Jon since he loves Apple so much.
As anyone who's seen us recently is probably aware we now have some t-shirts available for a mere £5. If you want one then email funeralhag@gmail.com or message me (Monty) on Faceache. We've got some designs for more merch, so keep an eye out for new Hag merch coming your way soon.
We've also got some gigs coming up, including one at the awesome Green Door Store in Brighton tonight! We're playing some new stuff at these shows, and have a surprise cover lined up for tonight so make sure you make it down to at least one of them. Also playing with some great bands, as is often (but not always) the case.
